Damar varnish is special in-house produced varnish for paintings which dries faster than the best mastic varnish, and does not go blind and provides very good results. The varnish is easy to take off with rect. spirit of turpentine 3221, without any worries for the underlaid layer of the painting.
Medium I is specifical prepared, non-yellowing grease thinner. It replaces and even overcomes the use of linseed oil. It is recommended for glazing.
Medium II is grease, fast drying thinner, without addition of siccative. It is used in prime painting, in sequential painting in lower and intermediate layers. It prevents occurence of retained spots in the painting.
Kerotix is wax varnish in the form of paste for oil painting and distemper, which preserves and protects the painting with a matted soft layer. It is spread with a pad (taft), or with the palm of the hand after painting. Then, the painting is exposed to a certain period of time to sun or moderate heat to allow Kerotix be soaked in the pores of the painting. With its preservation effect it best protects the painting against harmful vapours and gases. It can also be advantageously used as so called painter´s butter without darkening this, and is an essential aid for restoration painters where it is used for mounting a painting on new-cloth as a perfect protection of the back of the painting, etc.
Poppyseed oil is suitable for its brightness for usage with light shades where linseed oil would not be appropriate. In comparison with the linseed oil the process of drying of poppyseed oil is slower.

Polymerated linseed oil (Stand-oil) in comparison with the normal linseed oil, polymerated linseed oil dries up more quickly and gets significantly less yellow. This is the reason for which it is suitable for dilution of oil colours. Its dense consistence can be altered by the addition of turpentine 3221.
