Delivery and payment options

DELIVERY

• The products which we have in our stock we send within 2 days after recieving the order. If there is reason why the goods can not be send in time, we will inform you about delivery.
• Count parcels and inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or shortage is apparent when you receive your shipment, please note it on the delivery receipt. Have the delivery driver sign the receipt and verify that there is damage. Save the damaged package or carton for inspection. Open all packages immediately. Inspect merchandise to see if it is in good condition. If concealed damage (damage to materials inside a package with no external damage evident) is exposed, notify us at once.
• We are not responsible for any delay in delivery if you are not there to collect your order when it arrives. It is your responsibility to tell delivery company to arrange re-delivery or collection.
• We offer our standard delivery services throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia Republic, as you can see below. International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and asked the buyer to authorize the transport costs in a suitable manner, eg. by telephone or in writing. If the buyer refuses accept the price, the order is considered as invalid.
• If you believe the carrier has lost your parcel please contact us and we will look to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with the carrier service in question.
