How to buy

1. Searching and choosing the product

• To add items to your Cart, browse the site to find the products you want to purchase.
• You can choose product by click on the main menu on the top of the page. When you click on the department that you want, you will be taken to a page that contains a listing of products within that category. Click on the product that interests you to see specific details, description, and images.
• The product can be also easily find by searching icon. Use our search feature by typing in a word, number, phrase, or product number then click on Search. You'll find a comprehensive list of pages containing your term.
• When you choose some product click on "Add to Cart".

2. Cart

• Once items are in your Cart, you may find that you want to make adjustments. The Cart provides a variety of features to help you do this.
• You may remove items from your Cart one at a time or multiple items at once.
• In the case, when you have gift card or promotion code and you want to apply it to your order, input your code into the field located at the right side of the gray box in the Cart and click "Apply". The code you entered will be applied to your order. To remove Gift card code or promotion code from your order, click the "Remove" option that appears after the code has been applied.
• Prices shown in the shopping cart reflect pricing at the time items are placed into the cart.

3. Personal informations

• By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.
• If you are registered customer and you have an account with us, please log in.
• To continue, click on the button "Delivery and payment".

4. Delivery and payment options

• Next step is to choose the option of the delivery and payment.
• The possibilities of the delivery are: Geis, pick it up in our store or e-mail (gift card).
• The possibilities of the payment are: cash, cash (credit card) on delivery, bank transfer.
• We offer our standard delivery services throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia Republic, as you can see below. International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and asked the buyer to authorize the transport costs in a suitable manner, eg. by telephone or in writing. If the buyer refuses accept the price, the order is considered as invalid.

5. Order authorization

• The last step is to check the informations, after confirm it by click on the button "Confirm purchase".
