How to Shop
Selecting Products and Searching
Select products from the main menu located in the top bar or by clicking on category or technique icons.
For quick product search, use the search bar (magnifying glass icon), where the autocomplete feature will assist you.
Once you have selected a product, choose the quantity, specify any parameters (e.g., color, size), and click "Add to Cart".
Shopping Cart
In the shopping cart, you can adjust the quantity of items or remove them.
If you have a gift voucher or discount coupon, enter its code in the designated field on the right side of the screen.
To add more items, click "Continue Shopping" and repeat the selection process.
To proceed with the checkout, click "Proceed to Checkout". You can always return to the cart and adjust your order.
Personal Information
If you are registered, log in to enjoy benefits such as cashback for future purchases (see "Discounts, Shipping and Payment").
Fill in the necessary personal details for processing and shipping your order.
If you prefer shopping without registration, leave the registration field empty.
You can also add a note if you have special requests.
After entering your details, click "Shipping and Payment".
Choosing Shipping and Payment Methods
Choose a shipping method (GLS, TOPTRANS for oversized shipments, personal pickup, gift voucher by email).
Shipping is free for orders over 3000 CZK (see "Discounts, Shipping and Payment").
Payment options include cash on delivery, online payment, or bank transfer.
After selecting the shipping and payment methods, click "Order Review".
Order Confirmation
Carefully review your order.
Confirm your order by clicking "Confirm Purchase".
After submitting the order, a confirmation will appear in the browser, and you will receive a confirmation email.
You can track your order status at any time by logging in to the "My Account" section.
