Parameters

Umpton Oil Primer 400 ml is a white ground for preparing surfaces for oil painting. It helps smooth minor irregularities and creates an even, light-coloured base for applying oil paints.

It contains levigated chalk, powdered white pigment, polymerised linseed oil, drying oil and turpentine. It is suitable for preparing canvas and other appropriately treated painting supports.

Apply evenly to a properly prepared, clean and dry surface. Allow the primer to dry completely before painting.Follow the manufacturer’s instructions on the packaging for surface preparation, application and drying.

The 400 ml pack is suitable for hobby painters and professional artists preparing surfaces for oil painting.
