Economic drawing board-MDF B2

The Economy Drawing Board provides a firm, flat surface for drawing, sketching, writing and painting on paper. It is an affordable choice for children, students, beginner artists and hobbyists, suitable for school art lessons, art classes and creative work at home.

Made from 8 mm thick MDF in its natural colour, the board allows paper to be secured with clips or suitable adhesive tape. Drawing pins are harder to insert into MDF, so clips or tape are recommended.

Compared with the Drafting and Drawing Board made from blockboard with a soft birch veneer, the economy version is thinner and has no hardwood edge reinforcement. Its edges are therefore more susceptible to wear with frequent use and transport. The 16 mm drafting and drawing board also allows easier insertion of drawing pins and is suitable for use with a wooden T-square.

The Economy MDF Drawing Board is a practical option when you need a simple, affordable surface for everyday creative work and secure your paper with clips or tape.
